Is your holiday season usually a blur of shopping, planning, and visiting? It’s so easy to get lost in the busyness. So simple to forget the reason for the season.

But this year, let’s remember this…Christmas is about giving!

God sent his eternal, kingly Son to a humble little planet called Earth as an example of true selfless giving. As I plan for Christmas, I can’t help but think there’s a way to honor this unselfish attitude in my celebrations too!

But when the kindness and love of God our Savior appeared,  he saved us, not because of righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy. Titus 3: 4-5

With kids, it’s easy to get discouraged by the thought of giving. Will it be big enough? Will my kindness even matter?

Here’s the thing: Kindness always matters, no matter how small it may seem. Even one tiny glimpse of kindness reflects the image of our Father.
