It’s the perfect addition to give your toddler’s immune  system a pick-me-up. Mix up this delicious antioxidant toddler smoothie for you or your little one!

Does your little one need an immunity boost! Try this yummy antioxidant toddler smoothie recipe! The secret ingredient is baobab powder, one of the most nutrient-packed fruits in the world. Plus, this is SO yummy, your toddler (and you!) will love it!

Baobab Blast Antioxidant Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 banana

1/4 cup blueberries

1/2 cup plain yogurt

1/2 Tbsp organic coconut oil

1 Tbsp baobab powder

Directions:

  • Combine all ingredients in blender.
  • Pulse together until smooth and creamy.
  • Add more yogurt if you desire a thinner consistency.

Your toddlers or kids will LOVE this yummy antioxidant smoothie! Banana and blueberries give great flavor, coconut oil and yogurt provide lots of protein and energy, and baobab gives you the disease fighting boost they need!
